7. Our cells are connected firmly by laser welding, with stable current output and high safety. The high-precision weld seam is smooth and free of impurities, with a small heat affected zone, effectively avoiding short circuits and fires. However, most other factories use screw connections: screws are used to fix the positive and negative terminals of the battery cell to the connecting piece or circuit board, and the connection is achieved through the fastening force of the screws. Or wire harness connection: Connect the positive and negative terminals of the battery cell to other electronic components or devices through a wire harness. This method is commonly used in the assembly of battery packs, which requires fixing the connecting pieces with screws and is prone to loosening during use. Easy to short circuit, it will greatly increase the internal resistance parameter of the battery, reduce the performance release of the battery, and is very easy to catch fire. Maintenance is also relatively cumbersome.
8. Our battery box is made of titanium alloy. The coating process adopts a four coat system: primer+intermediate coating+paint+finished paint, which can make the battery case have excellent corrosion resistance, high hardness, wear resistance, and full color and luster.

Our epoxy partition adopts 3240 type, which has good corrosion resistance to acid, alkali and salt, and can withstand high temperatures of 180 ° C. 3240 epoxy partition has excellent insulation performance, which can effectively prevent current leakage and short circuit. However, many manufacturers use FR-4 epoxy board, which can only withstand temperatures below 130 ° C and has poor insulation performance.
